SMAR Assistant (“we”, “us”) provides field-service software at smarassistant.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the product and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account details from Google sign-in (name, email, and profile photo). Business records you enter: customers, jobs, workers, estimates, invoices, photos, documents, time, and payments. Billing details when you subscribe or connect Stripe. Technical logs such as IP address, browser, and pages visited.
How we use it
We use this information to run your workspace, send invoices and receipts you ask for, process subscriptions and customer card payments through Stripe, keep the service secure, and improve the product. We do not sell your customer lists or job data.
Who we share it with
Google (sign-in), Stripe (subscriptions and invoice card payments), and email or SMS providers if you enable those. Hosting and backup providers that store the application. We share data with them only to operate the service.
Retention and your choices
We keep workspace data while your account is active. You can update or delete records in the app. Email support@smarassistant.com to request account deletion.
