By creating an account or using SMAR Assistant you agree to these terms. If you use the product for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
The service
SMAR Assistant is software for managing field-service work: jobs, crew, estimates, invoices, photos, and related records. Features depend on your plan. We may change or discontinue parts of the product with notice when we can.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping access to your Google account secure, and for how your workers use the workspace. Do not use the service for unlawful work.
Billing
The Free plan has no subscription charge. Plus and Pro are billed monthly through Stripe and can be canceled in Settings. Customer invoice card payments go to your connected Stripe account when Connect is enabled; we are not the merchant of record for those charges.
Your data
You own the customer, job, and file data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data so the product can function. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
Disclaimer
The product is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that estimates, invoices, or reports replace professional accounting or legal advice. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the prior three months.
